Welcome to ReplifyX, a division of Replify LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of the Terms of Service
By using the services of ReplifyX, including purchasing adult-themed products, commissioning custom sculptures, or using any of our website features, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Services Offered
2.1. Products – We sell adult-themed 3D printed sculptures, replicas, and novelty items. All product purchases are subject to our Refund and Return Policy.
2.2. Custom Sculptures – We provide custom adult-oriented sculpture services, including consultations, 3D scanning, and digital sculpting. These services require customer approval at specific stages before final production. Changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.
2.3. Consultation Services – Any consultation fees paid for discussing custom sculptures are non-refundable and do not guarantee the completion of a project.
3. User Responsibilities & Image or Video Submissions
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use ReplifyX services and purchase adult-themed content.
3.2 . You agree not to upload any images or videos of anyone other than yourself, unless you have obtained all legal rights and permissions to do so.
3.3. You agree that any persons appearing in your user submitted images or videos are of legal age (18+).
3.4. You acknowledge that Replify LLC is not liable for your improper submission of any content to which you are not the legal owner, or for the submission of any content of any persons under the legal age of 18, and you assume all liability and legal repercussions for doing so.
3.5. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services or making purchases.
3.6. You acknowledge that custom sculptures require artistic interpretation and craftsmanship, and the final product may not be an exact replica of the 3D scan or initial concept.
3.7. You agree not to use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. All payments must be made in full before production begins on any custom sculptures.
4.2. Deposits for consultations and custom sculptures are non-refundable.
4.3. Additional fees may apply for modifications or changes requested after production has started.
4.4. Prices for products and services are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Refunds & Returns
5.1. Refund and return policies for standard products and custom sculptures are outlined in our Refund and Return Policy and apply to all purchases.
5.2. Custom sculptures are non-refundable once production has started unless an error is made by ReplifyX that significantly deviates from the approved design.
6. Intellectual Property & Client’s Likeness
6.1. All designs, 3D scans, models, and related materials created by ReplifyX remain the exclusive property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6.2. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any ReplifyX products or designs without prior written consent.
6.3. Although ReplifyX owns its designs, models, and related materials, this does not grant ReplifyX commercial rights to advertise, sell, or profit from the Client’s likeness unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Content of a Nude or Sexually Explicit Nature
7.1. All products, replicas, sculptures, images, or videos of a nude or sexually explicit nature are created only from models of legal age (18+).
7.2. Any customer purchasing such products is responsible for providing legal proof of age in the form of a valid government-issued ID before the transaction is completed.
7.3. Any client requesting 3D scans or designs of a similar nature must provide proof of age, which will be securely kept on file in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
7.4. ReplifyX reserves the right to refuse any request deemed inappropriate or unlawful.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. ReplifyX is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to financial loss, dissatisfaction, or personal injury, resulting from the use of our services or products.
8.2. In no event shall ReplifyX’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific product or service.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. All personal information collected through our website or during transactions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2. By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for business and customer service purposes.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in New Hanover County, NC, USA.
11. Amendments & Updates
11.1. ReplifyX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
11.2. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
