Refund and Return Policy

At Replify LLC, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional products and services. Please review our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and options. This policy applies to both our product sales and custom sculpture services.

1. Refund and Return Policy for Products

1.1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns:
• Standard Products (e.g., 3D printed sculptures, replicas, novelty items): Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Damaged or Defective Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. Proof of damage or defect (e.g., photos) must be provided.
1.2. Non-Refundable Items:
• Products that show signs of use, wear, or alteration.
• Gift cards and promotional items.
• Products explicitly marked as “all sales final,” (i.e., select novelty items).
1.3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Replify LLC (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product). A trackable shipping method is recommended.
1.4. Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the
returned item.

2. Refund and Return Policy for Custom Sculpture Services

2.1. Nature of Custom Services: Custom sculptures involve extensive time and effort, including consultations, 3D scanning sessions, and hours of digital sculpting. Due to the personalized nature of this service, refunds and cancellations are limited.
2.2. Consultation and Scanning Fees:
• A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule a consultation and 3D scanning session. This fee covers time and resources spent during the initial phases of the project.
2.3. Refunds for Dissatisfaction:
• Screenshots of the final digital sculpture will be shared with the customer via email or video conference prior to production of the physical sculpture. At this stage, customers
may request changes or provide final approval. Minor adjustments are included in the original price. Major revisions or reworks will incur additional fees based on the scope of
the changes.
• Full refunds for custom sculptures are not available once production has begun unless the product is significantly different from the agreed-upon design due to an error by Replify LLC.
2.4. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing clear and accurate instructions during the consultation phase. Changes requested after production has begun may result in additional fees.
2.5. Revisions Policy: Revisions are limited to two rounds for free. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $60.00.

3. Exchanges

3.1. Exchanges are available for standard products that arrive damaged or defective. Custom sculptures are not eligible for exchanges.

4. Cancellations

4.1. Standard Products: Orders for non-custom products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
4.2. Custom Sculptures:
• Custom sculpture orders may be canceled within 24 hours of the initial consultation for a full refund, minus the deposit.
• Cancellations after production has begun are not eligible for refunds.
